做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
