做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
